So here I am coming up with a sweet dessert .. My plan was to prepare short glass strawberry pudding ..but here at my place its not good time to get them😞!! So I switched to Mangoes😃(but it was a nice choice)!

the final presentation was done in two ways keeping every single person’s taste priorities😊!! Because its Eid and every one should treated well❤❤!!

So here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

( NOTE: the quantities are as per your need.. With this quantity i made 5 full short glasses)

mango-3( 2 1/2 for puree ( cut to chunks)& 1/2( cut to tiny pcs ) for garnishing)

Water-1 small glass

For Pudding:

{

Milk-500ml

Sugar-1 full cup( 1/2 for puree & rest for pudding)

Condensed milk-1/2 cup

egg-2

Corn starch-2 1/2 medium spoon

Vanila extract-1 drop( skip this step if you wish )

} ( am i writing programming Codes😳😀!!??)

Oreo – 4 ( powdered )

Cookies-4( powdered )

Fresh thick cream- for garnishing

How to make:

1)first of all lets prepare the Mango puree..  Heat a sauce pan add water& sugar.. Soon add the mango chunks..And stir on medium flame.. The raw mango should become tender and soft..

off the flame when the mango becomes pulpy ..( its so yummmmm, couldn’t stop tasting it😋😋)!! but controlllllllll😛..

image

2)let it cool and Blend it to smooth paste..

image

3)Now in a pot, mix all the ingredients for pudding Except Corn starch..whisk well..make it to a smooth batter..

4)now slowly add 3/4th of the mango puree to thus batter and whisk it well..

( save the left puree for garnishing)!!

image

5)now heat this in low flame.. Keep stirring and slowly pour the corn starch mixed with 3-4 spoon of water to this..

image

6)keep stirring till it becomes thick and be careful not to stick to the bottom of  pot..

7)off the flame when it reaches needed thick creamy consistency..now pour it to a dish and let it cool..

image

There 2 options.. Either you could layer the  pudding in glasses before cooling or aftewards..

with cookies:

image

8) take glasses, add the first layer of cookies and layer it well..( if you wish mix the cookies crumbs with melted butter).. Now add the next layer of pudding upto 1/2 ..

9)now add the thick cream and sprinkle mango slices..again pour some more pudding upto 3/4th..

image

10)later Spread the thick mango puree all over evenly..finish it off with mango pcs😋!!

We are done!!

image

With Oreo:

image

11)first layer the glasses with oreo.. Then add pudding upto half.. Again layer with oreo and mango slices.. ( in this i skipped the step of cream)!!

12)now pour more pudding and finish it off with oreo crumbs😊!!

image

so keep this in refrigerator for chilled yummy taste..

image

so same pudding can be njoyed with 2 different twists..!!the layers make it more pretty and it tasted really awesome..

i am also taking this to Angie’s party as my Eid treat to all my friends over there..

once again Eid Mubarak😃..
