I strongly recommend all of you to give a try for this awesome recipe.. It was really satisfying when I did the final garnishing with spring onion rings and sesame seeds☺️☺️!!

Honey was the star of the recipe..

so here’s the recipe:

Ingredients:

image

noodles-as per needed(boiled with salt and kept aside )

image

boneless chicken-500gms( sliced to finger sized pcs)

red chilly flakes-as per taste

red , geen and yellow bell peppers-small 1 each( sliced )

ginger-1 big pc( finely chopped)

garlic- 6-8 cloves ( finely chopped )

Hot sauce- as per taste ( I added nearly 2-3 spoon)

tomato ketchup-as per taste( I added 4-5 spoon)

soya sauce-as per taste (I added 3-4 spoon)

All purpose sauce-4 spoon

honey-as per taste ( I added 5 spoon😋)

white pepper powder-1 1/2 spoon

all purpose flour-for marinating chicken ( say, 1 plate )

Egg-1 ( well beaten )

oil-enough for shallow frying the chicken

olive oil-3 spoon

lemon juice-of 1/2 lemon

sesake seeds-for garnishing

spring onion-for garnishing

How to make:

1)first mix salt, lemon juice, chilly flakes along with the chicken pcs.. And then dip it in egg solution and finally coat it with flour .. So now our chicken pcs are ready for frying..

image

2)now shallow fry the chicken pcs in oil and keep it aside.. Don’t over cook!!

image

3)now let’s start with the main curry.. Heat the wok and add olive oil..

4)firstly add chopped ginger and garlic to the oil and sauté well.. I just love that smell☺️☺️!! Now add the bell peppers along with salt and red chilly flakes..and cook for 2-3 mins..

image

5)now add all the sauces( don’t add honey) and cook with the lid closed..and later add fried chicken followed by white pepper.. Cook this for 4-5 mins with lid closed in low flame..

image

6)add some water if you want to make it a bit gravy type.. And finally add the key ingredient-Honey and stir well .. Cook for another 2-3 mins and off the flame..

image

7)serve the sweet and spicy chicken gravy over the noodles and finish off with sesame seeds and spring onions..

image

So our awesome noodles is done without much effort.. And if you want to mix the noodles with curry do that way as well.. Any way it’s meant to be together while eating😄!!
